Queen Majesty Jalapeño Tequila & Lime Hot Sauce balances a refreshing flavor with a satisfying heat. This original recipe is based on 3 of our favorite things: jalapeños, tequila and limes. What a combo! We also added Bragg's apple cider vinegar and a little green apple as some complimentary sweetness to the lime juice. Of our three flavors, this one has the most garlic and it works perfectly on everything from grilled seafood to egg sandwiches. You can even make a "lazy guacamole" by adding some to mashed avocado, then serve with chips or put on a taco!

White vinegar, jalapeño peppers, onions, apple cider vinegar with mother, lime juice, white tequila, garlic, green apple, ginger root, olive oil, salt & spices.

Queen Majesty Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Hot Sauce has a vibrant flavor and a slow-burning heat. This original recipe is very loosely based off of a Jamaican jerk recipe, but more to compliment than compete with it. The brightness of the ginger and lime also work perfectly to spice up soups and curries or mix a little with honey and use for sweet potatoes or wings. This is a surprisingly versatile sauce and can be added to almost all of your favorite dishes.

INGREDIENTS:

White vinegar, sweet onions, orange bell peppers, scotch bonnet hot peppers, lemon juice, ginger root, olive oil, salt and spices.

Queen Majesty Red Habanero & Black Coffee Hot Sauce combines exciting flavor with a sensational heat. This is our hottest recipe, we use more than twice the amount of hot peppers than in our Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Sauce. Our RHBC sauce also differs from the other 2 sauces because it does not have any citrus juice, but it does have 2 types of vinegar: our own dark roasted coffee-infused vinegar and Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar. There won't be an overwhelming coffee flavor but what it does add is a nice smoky darkness that stands up to the intense flavor of the red habaneros. This sauce works great with rich foods like chilis, stews and pizza. You can also try mixing it with ketchup for fries and burgers, or add as-is to the perfect falafel sandwich. Our preference is to put it on everything.

Queen Majesty Cocoa Ghost. Rich black cocoa powder combines with luscious pineapple, chipotle, and ghost pepper for a sweet, smoky depth and a great, lingering heat. Perfect on tacos, burgers, and more, or mix it with your favorite bbq sauce to make it sing!
