The earliest labradoodles were bred in the late 80's to suit the need for hypoallergenic service dogs, however their friendly dispositions and intelligence has since made them a popular dog for anyone looking for a smart and loving companion. While Laurel is certainly very smart and eager to please her owners, she loves nothing more than playtime and a good snuggle!
